Goals for 2022-2024

 

H – Honor the traditions of our organization – to empower women educators to advance in inclusion, educational excellence, altruism, and world understanding

E – Enhance the educational development of the membership through further training; and encourage chapters to initiate or reinstate at least one member per year of the biennium and work together to establish at least two new Texas Chapters by June 2024

A – Apply and offer support for altruistic projects, grants and scholarships with time and resources; and increase awareness of all the potential scholarships available to the members

R – Refine communications for the membership to have easy access to websites and social media; and remind chapters of the importance of utilizing newsletters, emails, group texts, the International Website, and the state’s News and Notes to keep clear lines of communication open

T – Training members with tools to recruit, reinstate, and retain chapter members
